This L.O is my entry for the AD this Challenge for this week. It is really a challenge for me, becuase this is the first time I had used a Stamp in my project. Luckly, AD THIS team, had decided to use this medium in the challenge, otherwise I would'nt use my stamp at all. hehehehe

Altered Diary

Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009, this was the words I uttered when, I am reviewing my 2008 diary organizer. Wheew, it was a busy year for me.

As I was checkin out the diary given to me, by different companies and friends, I decided to alter one of the diary that I have, becauase in a corporate setting, I have'nt seen a tasty and good looking diary, commonly it is the typical leather type.... blah blah blah.

Viola... I have my new 2009 Dairy Organizer.

Filipina

I always wonder, why Imelda Marcos or even our Moms love wearing the Filipina traditional dress. For me it looks itchi and very unconfortable. Although, during my last visit in Japan, where I need to wear a formal gown, I instantly decided to wear our traditional "Terno"... I told my self -- "why not...chocnut". The event that I had attended, was participated by several represenative of each country. Surprisingly, they were shocked ! As I socially investigated, they know alot of Filipinas but they never realize that our country have this kind of costume.... Hmmmm. That night, I was very proud of being a Filipina.... thanks to our Fiber rich Pineapple drink, we have fabrics like this... hehehehehe

FRIENDS

True Friends are hard to find. To be able to find one, you should learn to be one. We've been friends, since grade school.

I was cleaning up my photo box (place where I keep my printed photo, ready for scrapbooking) when I discovered that I still have one photo of my friends. So I got so excited to use this as my subject. This is a good L.O that we can laugh about after 10 years.

GOING AROUND SINGAPORE

I am back in the Philippines again, after a long gruelling meetings and conference in Singapore. Well on my first day there, My good friend Leena, by the way she is a scrapbooker (a good one), invited me to her home, and I was very impressed...... She showed me her working are (bunch of yummy scrapbooking stuff were there....) I look like a small kid, wondering which toy, I wanna try.

After my warm visit to her home, she brought me to one of the scrapbooking store..... gosh.... after the "ting" sound of cashier..... I just realized that I am broke.... on my first day in Singapore. This is a classic example of an impulsive buyer.... that you guys should not follow.... hahahahaha.

Common rationalization of an impulsive buyer.... "I seldom buy stuff for my self" sounds familiar... Ooooopsss... I'm guilty...
